Key additions..
1. Addition of two toilets within the building, one en-suite for the master bedroom and one for general use.
2. Raising of the DPC(German floor), compound level and concrete flooring the compound to ease drainage and prevent water from rising into the building during heavy rainfalls.
3. Introduction of glazed windows, iron doors, POP ceilings, changing to conduit electrical system, introduction of concrete fascia and use of stone coated roofing sheets.
4. Raising the roof pitch to increase rain water drop off and hence eradicate cases of roof leakages.
