From N30,000 to over N60,000 probably gonna stop at 70 or 80k after negotiation is concluded in a week time according to the agreement reached , that's a successful strike .

The current minimum wage is 30k if I'm not mistaken . And labour union getting over 40 or 50 or even 70k additional to the N30k from the government isn't a bad negotiation.

Most APC supporters are in agreement with the labour union activities on increment of the minimum wage,shutting down the power grid was a way of getting full attention of the government,& and pay hike suggested by Nlc is negotiable both parties are fully aware of the game plan , stop being one sided or partial when the truth is staring at you.

Govt cannot wait for all state before moving to a new minimum wage once the old one expires.
