Truly, the elites of some state are the major problem some of the governors are facing. It is only them, their families and allies.
Some elected governors are not administratively sounds, they are still learning from the civil servants who they met in system. These are people who are still loyal to some of the elites to the core. If the elected governors don't have knowledge and understanding of governance. They will surely fall prey to their corrupted games.

I kept wondering why some elected governors never thought of building manufacturing industries or look for investors so as to develop their respective state. They kept recycling same road construction and invest less in social amenities like the hospital and public schools.

AKUME and ORTOM killed people through embezzlement of salaries, project funds and physical set up for killing.
