To me this thing is a business just that they will involve the low income farmer into it.. the big Men up north will collect CBN loan and some other inputs engage some locals for farm while also involve some locals to act as Bandit and destroy many farm... with the hope that when the News come out no one will ask for the loan and the circle continue
