A yet-to-be identified man has chosen ₦10 million over prayers from the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christain Church of God (RCCG) Enoch Adeboye.

In the now-viral TikTok video on Monday, June 17, the man, who was asked whether he would prefer N10m or a personal prayer from Pastor Adeboye, said he would choose the money over the prayer from the man of God.

His response however sparked conversations online, as netizens share their thoughts.

I have noticed over time how some people have been throwing insults at Adeboye, Soyinka, etc because he didn't support their tribesman.

I am a Muslim from the North, you will never see any of my people curse or defame religious elders over Politics. Not even people of the opposite faith.

Funny enough, it's the same set of tribalists that prides themselves as good Christians. Is this what your holy Bible teaches you? Don't you have shame?
