Please this is a passionate plea. Those of us who are already studying in Brazil should give us information. I applied for the GCUB funding/scholarship but I want to know when/how I can apply directly to public universities
(which are tuition-free) in Brazil. Brazil is a good starting point especially if you have limited funds.

I heard applications have been extended to July 1st.

And I need advice please.

Currently running my masters in FUTA and I should round up by August/September next year, God willing.

From my research on this program, they usually resume in March.

Let's say I'm lucky to be chosen and you're in my shoes, what would you do?

Abandon FUTA for this? Abandon this and complete FUTA? Apply for a deferment at FUTA?

What would you do?

You are telling me you would abandon a scholarship in Brazil for a masters in futa? huh

FUTA??

It's like asking to help choose between a g wagon and a Toyota.

The schooling also offers part to citizenship, which could lead to a better japa route and most importantly, it provides you an escape from bulaba economy.

Count your teeth with your tongue.

I mean the guy should already be making plans to Japa to Brazil instead of asking whether he should choose between Brazil and studying in fits by now unless he wants to shine teeth with Tinubu

Na woman.

Sometimes I don't understand some people's attachment to Nigeria.

Even if she wants to comeback after her studies, the thought of not participating in this hardship for 2 to 4 years should excite her.

Does of you that have submitted your application or are previous Gcub sholar, did you submit your eassy in Portuguese or in English?
Re: Study In Brazil: Admissions And Visa Procedures by Petersburg7: 9:36am On Jun 18, 2024
Is there any English to Portuguese translator here?
Re: Study In Brazil: Admissions And Visa Procedures by kendraloops: 10:31am On Jun 18, 2024
Hmm, I doubt that I'll be done with my thesis by then and even if I'm done by some miracle, the certificate and all won't be ready. You know how unnecessarily complicated these things can be in naija varsities. Don't want to be stranded when they ask for proof of Masters degree.

I have a lot of things to consider apart from the FUTA masters I'm currently running. Didn't want to put them all up here.

It is well 😊.

Yes till July 1.
It was supposed to end on June 17 but they extended.
They probably want more people to apply though.
