After all, its not as if we are uneducated idiots who just believe what is written in a book or whatever crap we create in our head now are we?

1.) So you now agree, books have biases. Different books may have different biases. How do you know to seek out those biases if you've never been to that place to understand the particular biases one could have? And then how do you know which bias to choose from if you've never been to that place? You seem to be getting closer. If you let your ego go, you may come to a place of understanding.

2.) I'm glad you read books, but you seem to put that above other forms of information. When you get sick do you pull out a book to diagnose yourself or do you go to a doctor? Me, I go to a doctor because it would take an extraordinary amount of time to research it myself. And even when I do go to a doctor, because of the biases white doctors have toward black people, I may even call one of my home girls (I would say my boys, but they are woman) who are top doctors in their fields for more info. And back to the doctor example. Why do you think doctors do rotations when they can just read the info in books? Again, you are arguing against a truism. The reason? Not sure.

Walked her through options.
