If you doubt what I am saying. Take a glass of water and have someone drink it. Then prove to the person that the water was gotten from a latrine. If the person can believe beyond any reasonable doubt that it is a latrine water, watch how he will fall sick straight away. And yes, he will land in the hospital with a real sickness.

I have performed several experiments on this, using animals and patients in the hospitals. It sounds weird or ridiculous (I would feel the same way if I have not studied it) because it is beyond our five senses. But because is beyond our logical stand point does not render it invalid.

Talking about cup refiling itself: Another law in Quantum states that everything is energy but at different frequencies. Meaning Air and Water are the same thing only at different frequencies of energy. I know that would throw you off your feet as it sounds lame. But the law makes us understand that if you can manipulate energy to vibrate at the energy you want, you can make it give it what ever you want.

So the answer to your question is - YES, from a quantumic stand point, a cup can refill itself if we can find a way to make air (energy) vibrate at the same frequency of water (energy).

Where E = Energy
M = Mass

Meaning Mass and Energy are equivalent or you can say they are the same.
