Funny enough I have been doing just that but I actually don't see it as a charity case or something extraordinary. If anything, I see it as an enlightened self-interest endeavour. Educating my siblings and having them achieve financial independence reduces the burden on me. They would also contribute to the extended family upkeep which goes further to reduce my burden. I would actively discourage any of my siblings who try to pull this shit on me. I hate overt show of gratification even from outsiders let alone my own blood siblings.
