has granted stay of proceedings pending the
determination of the appeal.

5. The stay bars all parties from taking any steps to
enforce the ruling until after its determination on Appeal.

6. So, in essence, Sanusi remains Emir and the legal battle
moves to the Court of Appeal.

When Sanusi was dethroned, he left peacefully & respected himself. This one should do same. There is no way he can function well with the state government not on his side.

The origin of this problem started by Ganduje is a serious menace to Kano State

It started with Kwakwanso that skipped the true heir (Bayero's older brother) and appointed Sanusi his friend. This was done by Kwakwanso when he was in APC to shield Sanusi from prosecution by PDP.

The two of them Sanusi and the younger Bayero (deposed) should be kicked out.

If the judgement given now stands, it will mean that the signing of the law oh and the dissolving of the Emirates were all valid
