The kinds of things that come of out of some y’all’s mouths. I wonder if you’re truly human beings.
In Indonesia, if you’re caught with drugs, the penalty is death..

What the country does to drug dealers and what he wishes for them to do to immigrant law violators are two different topics

And after escaping bad leadership the best is to do drugs and other crimes? Does that even make sense to you? Una go just dey talk? U were able to japa and the next thing is to do crime, and then blame bad leadership for what exactly? Obviously, it wasn't about bad leadership but about their criminal tendencies.
You lack understanding of how these things work.
Traveling out of Nigeria is not an escape from Nigeria. most people who commit these crimes are from poor background, when they travel out with little money for have. depending on the country or their program. they're not given jobs or citizenship to relax and belong to the good leadership. They have short time to stay, you know that Asian countries don't or hardly give jobs to Africans, they give jobs to their fellow Asians from 3rd world countries. So they start looking for ways to make money or illegally which will result to crimes.

Most of those people in detention their crime is overstay not drug related case as you said. Drug is death sentence. Indonesia, Malaysia or most other Asian countries don't deport people like the Europeans do.
Western Europeans can deport you free of charge and even find you some change(cash) to manage with you. But Asians? You pay everything and the officials will still make money from you due to corruption.
So if you don't have money to deport yourself(buy flight ticket and other things) then you're going to be there 10yrs, 20yrs till they kingdom come, unless you have concerned brothers who can help or you're in a social group/club and updated.

Other countries embassy helps to get their citizens out in situation like this or even prevent it, but Nigeria embassy no send you. If you die there they will make money from your death.

Asian countries like Malaysia Indonesia etc are not used to Africans. It's not like the West or Nigeria here where everyone move freely not minding whether people around you are foreigners or not.
The system is too tight, you hardly make it their without crime. If you're going there to hustle then there is 99% chance you're potential criminal.

Unless you're rich and not going their to hussle.
Nigerians who have jobs in the West or whom the govt integrated don't go around committing crime, no need for crime when your future guaranteed.

I don't know if you get what I'm saying. I have been there myself.

This is how we have outraced one another to the bottom. Justification of crime on bad leadership! Knowing there is no tangible prospect except drug peddling to make quick foreign cash so that you can come back to Nigeria for bragging rights.

Criminal tendencies out of desperation, rejection, abuse and low of the lowest class is not a justification to redeem yourself. It all started from home.

Criminals from North and South invade other parts of the country boldly.

Thank Goodness, there is hardly any hardcore criminal from the West invading North or East. But don't hold you breath at the rate criminality out of greed is spreading.

Charity And Honesty Begin At Home. Money is not God, virtue remains the goal.

Some of the Nigerian immigrants were arrested in early 2020 for entering Indonesia without valid documents. Many had travelled to Indonesia as a jumping-off point hoping to eventually reach Australia by boat.

Do you stay theie or you went for business?

What's the condition of Africans in Istanbul?

Visit their prisons, you'll weep for africa.
I move there from Cyprus and stay about a year , I did business as well sending goods down home .
I don't think anyone staying legally or not involving in crimes had issues there, I still have guys there.
Even if you visit their prisons in Cyprus you will weep for Nigerians. But they did not just put them there for no reason, they either staying legally or commiting crimes. I leave in Cyprus for like 5 years before moving and I had no issue once with police .
