No, we are actually not seeing it as playing politics, to us it is a lot deeper, you people have lived long enough to really know Igbos but I found out you guys don't really know the Igbos.

I would have loved to say more here but you might get really angry, misinterpret what I say or insult me and the entire Igbo tribe...

Igbos are not really interested in who rules or who does not rule, we just want a system that works for everyone regardless of tribe.

We've rolled the stone from the hilltop...
But you forgot about all that when in Lagos LP were insisting on doing top to Bottom in Lagos and your declared that whoever didn't vote for LP was after your life

Don't you remember ?

SW LP that you have now very publicly thrown under the Bus are not Stupid

You are right about one thing you have fully displayed that it is much deeper than Politics for SW people too

it is Completely Ethnic bigotry y if it is one rule for SW and a different one for others

Peter Obi is currently the only major presidential candidate that is not controlling his state governor. Kwankwaso controls Kano governor, Atiku controls Adamawa governor while Tinibu controls Lagos governor.

Peter Obi controls Abia governor, but as a major presidential candidate, he is expected to control his own home Anambra state governor. Anambra governorship election is coming up in some months time and the current governor Soludo of Apga is seeking re-election.

Ideally, Apga should collapse itself into Labour Party so that the Obi-Soludo partnership is sure to win the election. But as Soludo seems to be proving difficult, can he be flushed out by the Obidient momentum?
Stop this silly insinuation! Peter Obi does not control Abia governor. It just happen that they are from the same party. Otti himself will tell you that he does not know Obi from Adam politically. It's like saying Tinubu controls Father Alia

Shebi it is Soludo himself that promised to turn the State to Taiwan or Dubai when he was campaigning? Ehen, it is the people living there that’ll decide if the place is now Taiwan enough to grant him another term to attempt Dubai, and not Obi. Focus on the people, their leadership is their ultimate responsibility no one’s else! cool

A good reason why a presidential candidate should attempt to control his state, is to showcase some of the plans that he has for the federal level.

For instance if I am promising Nigerians 24-hour electricity, or a hi-tech railway system etc, I can also point out that I have already achieved it at state level.
That's what they said about Tinubu. One year later, how market?

Good point but I think we can forget about Tinibu because the truth is that he never achieved anything as governor of Lagos. Lagos has been like that even before Tinibu was born.

We can use someone like Alex Otti because we have heard that he’s doing well in the electric power sector. So he can promise the same achievement at federal level.

With all humility
Politics was just never your Cup of Tea

What of those you were doing LP from top to bottom for in Lagos do you think they are fools?

Stick to what you insisted on in Lagos Nationwide and don't throw the Lagos Obidients under the Bus just because it suits you

Loyalty is critical to Party Politics

LP has other Ethnic Groups too

By the way your LP Etiosa HOR Candidate in Lagos busy trying to frustrate the Lagos Calabar Highway is a huge disappointment

A Highway that the people of Etiosa are absolutely desperate to have

I think the major issue here is more about the candidate LP presents... Igbos are leaving party system of governance to candidate based, I think it is the only region currrently In Nigeria with 3 diftetnt parties governing only 5 states, we are doing away with party system to candidate based...
U r just a self exciting clown...
When mimiko was gov of Ondo state under LP, there were 3 parties in the SW...When buhari created CPC, there were 3 parties(cpc, anpp, pdp)governing in the
North. Even right now in NW, u have 3 parties governing.

lol, So if APGA, the South Eastern Recognized Regional Party, loses the election,. If it dies off, then on which political ladder would you seek to attain national politics?
You folks think politics is short term thinking grin
It's no longer a regional party. You people adopted pdp formed by northerners over the years and when they didn't give their ticket to any igbos last year election, was the reason you people went to support labour and obi may soon go back to pdp and you all will follow him blindly. Why can't you all support apga and form coalition with another party to win election.

Democracy is not good for you guys because you're not enlightened. Obi is not controlling Anambra but got over 95% of the votes while Tinubu is controlling Lagos but was defeated in Lagos.

What kind of control are you talking about? Cornering state funds?

Keep quiet, iggbo don't have the psychology credentials to dictate to other tribe how and who to vote for. You people are neophyte in politics, you people should learn how to play politics like people that have a working brain and not emotions

First question you should ask is how many states are in the region you are talking about, the south east has just 5 which is the least in number, secondly I'm not blaming other regions, I'm only talking about recent development in the south east political space, unlike before you had PDP sometimes controlling the 5 south eastern states...

Yes because we are smarter than our haters, election should not cost lives, so when we see our haters planning to harm us we put option B and avoid it, then we vote where our haters are not there like Abia, Anambra and Enugu, the results speak for themselves, 3 different parties for 3 different states because it is candidate based...

Common sense didn't tell you, politics come first before governance. How do you want to be opportune to govern without playing politics or don't you neophyte know electioneering is part of politics? Can you govern without being elected first?

You need to levelled up with your IQ before putting mouth in politics

Even at that the region will have still had 3 different parties based on our submission that they rigged themselves in, Enugu would most likely have been LP, Imo PDP, Abia LP, Ebonyi APC and Anambra Apga...

Like I said earlier we are doing away with party politics and it will only get better....
Even in northwest, three different parties are ruling.kano(NNPP) ,zamfara pdp others Apcy

So it's no longer "the East has moved from party politics to individual" abi?
Because from the look of things, it's about party in the places you claim you are voting.
"Elupee top to bottom" was coined by lgb0s.
But an lgb0 woke up and say they focus on individuals not party.

LP from top to bottom wasn't coined by Igbos, it was coined by Obidients and Obidients are in every tribe...

The slogan from top to bottom was not for just LP candidates but to dismantle the structure of criminality from top to bottom and also to hand power back to the people in elections.

If the people are the ones deciding who leads them and not someone handpicking the leaders then we have achieved from top to bottom and we wanted to start that with LP for the presidency and legislature.

From top to bottom actually means power back to the people...
