Maidugry is the best place to buy a house right now in Nigeria

Depends on your finances and lifestyle.

If you don't want to settle for less ,Lagos is best for hustling . If you choose Lagos ,if you don't want to spend too much , Ikorodu,Alimosho and extreme part of Ibeju Lekki is ok . If you want to spend moderately ,Lagos mainland (Yaba,Anthony ,Ebute Metta ,Surulere ) or Ibeju Lekki like Sangotedo & Awoyaya but if you want extravagant lifestyle,most part of Lekki ,VI areas ,Ajah ,Magodo and maybe Ikeja .

If you want extravagance with less bustle ,Abuja is key .

If you want a quiet ,cool and lovely lifestyle,Akwa Ibom ,Osogbo ,Calabar maybe Imo too .

Based on personal experience except Imo .

Well, back to yhur question, Lagos or Ibadan won't be a bad idea. Yhur budget will now determine the area to look at.

Akwa Ibom is also not bad.

If Lagos Island is part of your choice of locations, that will be the best bet for you looking at your request.

Notwithstanding, Lagos Mainland is also cool and Lagos environ like Isheri North around OPIC axis and so on.
