Pick up the bible and read it esp. the Gospels.
Even simpler, pick up the 10 commandments and read them.
Ask yourself if your life aligns. Ask yourself if repeatedly lying and lying about other people aligns with it.
Then ask yourself if the people you support align with them as well.
Ask yourself how does supporting someone, who lies, cheats, steals, commits adultery and thinks himself a god to be worshipped aligns with those 10 commandments.

You spend a good amount of time fighting these Christian battles based on some bastardized view of Christianity. Maybe spend more time understanding and living The Word instead.
