I have questions and I need clarification on a few things.

I grew up and schooled in Oyo State but I'd want to serve in my state of origin in the South South region.

Is there by any chance or stroke of luck that this is possible. And if it does work out, the consequences? A friend of mine just told me the million and one consequences they were told at the camp with regards to those who serve in their state of origin.

P.S. I grew up entirely in Oyo State

I just want to make an enquiry about this redeployment stuff...

I was posted to delta state to serve..after camping, I never went to my ppa because I applied for relocation outside camp to another state which is yet to b approved just processing anytime I check the portal over a months now. I later go back to delta for my documentation and clearance after missing 2 clearance but still can’t stay because of my business I’m running

The question is that....how long would I wait till my relocation get approved Nd move or I should just forget about it because it’s taking forever for it to be approved ...

Plz I need the way to go...thnx

You've missed 2 months of clearance already. Be careful lest you get queried/extension of service. This is not ethical but what most people, whose relocation requests fail, do is to "ghost" their ppa (and cds) by coming to an agreement with their ppa (and cds) to not be physically present in exchange for a cut of their 33k. In which case, you'd have to show up at the LGI office once a month for biometric clearance. Just assume your relocation won't be approved again. Though I believe you can try again after 6 months of service. As you've missed 2, I don't know how that would work out for you.

Thank you for reply, even ghosting wouldn’t sort the problem I’m staying in Lagos, traveling from Lagos to delta every month the cost of transportation to and fro it’s a lot plus the risk involved…relocating is the best option
