But the previous number also was not much nau. 4 person per state for Ph.D is not much nau

PTDF gets their money from oil company remittances which is usually in dollars. Thier budget is not from FG yearly budget as such. I don't know how forex will affect them

it does... there is global inflation, just as revenue is in dollars, so are many associated cost (landing and cost to serve). Also, asides from levy they charge oil and gas companies (which is also subject to individual company's budget), there is FG appropriations, and International partnerships.

There's nothing to discuss. Most of the previous threads with activity is speculation. The few times people have spoken here, it's been facts. Isn't it better that way?
