10m can take him to Brazil via study route.
Public schools in Brazil are tuition free. With adequate plans, he can manage the 10m.
He only needs to start learning Portuguese and some tech skills immediately while working on his relocation.

I am not discouraging anybody. I am saying the facts. Abroad is also not easy too and it's easy to get stuck if you didn't plan the journey well.

Nigerians don't realize how powerless 10m is when it comes to traveling. You tell some Nigerians that visa processing is over 1m, they say it's too much, forgetting that Naira is far from what it used to be.

Nobody needs a year rent in abroad to japa except you were never serious with it. A month or max 3 month rent is all you need, if you have a friend or relative you don't even need that at all so long they can accommodate you about a month.

Thanks Ednut, let me also add that if OP is planning to use visitor's visa to enter and Japa so he/she can hide and get a lawyer to file for "aduro" then he/she is on a long thing....e go beg for cleaning work for gas station and McDonald's tire..then he will need a shelter or risk blowing all im money on bills so quickly as he/she will not be qualified for Social security, health card etc...
If he lands on the wrong side of the law...including traffic offense...brawl...carjacking or rape case ...otilo. He go do time then face deportation sharperly...
If he's able to get a lawyer to file for him....or her they will have to painstakingly defend reasons why the OP stayed back etc...then it may take years to change his/her status to PR and eventually write citizenship objective test maybe a few more years down the line....stress go almost kii am

Note: If you're not going to school (even school self...this your chinkilii money in CAD no go do) or PR abeg just invest your N10m in Naija ( that's alot of money to invest in a good small scale business in Naija abeg you)

Even do Ubar.U can do house to house cleaning.Girls make hair and nails at cliant homes..Guys too cut hair.people do house cleaning at any HMO letI pay mine 20/hr to help her.

If you have a job before hand you can go but migrating and getting a job takes time. One needs to plan. I for one made sure a full year of rent was paid from Nigeria.
