Some of your type are ignorant of the extant laws and the judicial pronouncements.

What the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals said was that, An APC candidate cannot challenge the candidacy of a PDP candidate in the court on the basis of invalid Nomination. However, a PDP party member who is entitled to have participated in the Governorship primary of PDP but was excluded illegally, has the legal right to challenge such in court. In this instant case, the question u should have asked urself was, the man that went to court, is he a member of PDP or opposition parties? If he is a member of PDP, then, the judgement is sound and correct.

What is the consequences of a judge delivering bad judgement they would would be reversed?

Nothing that's why it won't stop

There should be a law that if 10 of your judgement is reversed in 10 years u would be removed as a judge

It's a distraction tactics to reduce the chances of PDP candidate. The appellate court may eventually rule in PDP's favour, but the ugly deed might have already been done by then. APC are very good at this. They used the same tactics in Ondo against PDP's Jegede.

Every reasonable Nigerian knew from the beginning that there will be trouble in Rivers and Edo states with the wat they conducted their primaries.

Wike is yet to see anything called trouble. This one from Fubara is still a joke when compared to what they will still do to him in that state.

No matter how hard Obaseki tries, more trouble will still visit him and Ighodalo before and after the election.

This case stands on all fours with George Orlu & 4 Ors v Cole & Ors: it was an APC tussle between Abe & Cole on delegates list.

No 1: This Ward Delegates whatever held on Feb 4 , the plaintiffs filed on Feb 8. They did not exhaust the internal party mechanism to settle the crisis.

No 2: This is a pre-primary election and the Court lacks the jurisdiction to adjudicate on the matter.

The Supreme Court has held this position many times, more recently in the Orbih faction case v Obaseki case in 2023.

No 3: These persons are not aspiramts so they did not participate in the election. Only aspirants can sue. The ward delegates election is a process leading to the Primaries hence only those who are contesting can sue.

The plaintiffs possess no legal rights to approach the courts on this matter. See George Udom v Umo Eno

No 4: On their own choosing, the plaintiffs refuse to participate in the Congress. If they were barred, was there any police report to show?

As you said it's a party issue,is the person who instituted the suit against pdp a member of the party?

When a party disenfranchise its members from participating in the party primary elections or fails to follows its internal party guidelines, can a case be made before the court against the party or as you put it..should be tagged as pre-election matters and should be ignored?

Why do you think the judgement will not stand? Those that went to court are PDP members and statutory delegates. If they were not allowed to vote during the primary election, they have every right to go to court and seek redress.

Exactly! The members who instituted the court case cannot be tagged meddlesome interlopers as they are resident of the same umbrella.
