Ned is wasting his energy. Anioma state will never be a reality. We Deltans are very happy co-existing with our Itshekiri, Uhrobo, ijaw and igala brothers and sisters.
We prefer to be affiliated with them than South East. Ebonyi citizens are currently being mocked and treated as second class south-easterners we don't want that treatment. The people of the South-South are more humble, less arrogant, fairer in their dealings and are generally not greedy.

Ned wants to create a puppet state where he can be the supreme power, similar to what is going on in Lagos but it won't work here.

Imo West Senatorial district (Orlu zone) of 12 local government areas merits the sixth state in the southeast and needs to be separated from Owerri zone.

A region already has 7 states. They should create 2 states for the SE, one state for the SS and every other regions that only has 6 states for rhe sake of equality. One northern state can't just out of nowhere have 7 states while every other one has 6. And simce FCT has been declared a state, which means North Central is also maintaining 7 states making it two northern states currently having 7 states

ANIOMA STATE as part of south east is not negotiable. It must be a reality now not tomorrow

Why did the monarchs not mentioned which region the proposed anioma state should be. That is the bone of contention by the delta north indigene. Nobody is against ANIOMA becomes a state. The monarchs were so clever to be careful but someone like you now is been emotional just like others. We do not want any unviable state in SE, think about resource control and not this our present resource allocation.
Besides, Aniomas are as much Igbo as SEners.
