So unfortunate.India is one country with the strangest record of death by wild animals and accidents. Every day, thousands of people die from the bite of venomous snakes, despite the country being a major producer of vaccines and antivenin. Bengal tigers dealt and still deals with Indians ruthlessly. In the colonial days, this powerful Big Cat was responsible for killing hundreds of people including the colonial whites there then. Many locals believed that the tiger attacks were instigated by the gods. A tiger tagged the tiger of Jharkhand killed an estimated 200 people, before it was finally caught and locked up in the zoo in the early 1900s. The Champawat tiger a female also killed about 200 people ( men and women) before being driven out of Nepal and went to Champawat in Uttarakhand, Northern India. There she continued her killing spree, bringing her total human victims to 436, before being finally killed in 1907. So many other cases of tiger attacks surfaced afterwards. Till date,tiger attacks are still occuring there. Deaths in mass during religious ceremonies in Hindu temples are another indicator of the country's strange human death records. Simple question... How did they all end up in the middle of fast flowing flood water?!! Isn't there a simple rule of the thumb, that whenever a heavy storm is approaching, you seek shelter far from flood paths?!! Sigh... This was difficult and painful to watch! 1 Like |

Omoluabi16:The video wasn't even graphic at all. I no even see anything for the video. Those Indians are not serious. The baby could have been saved and so would them all. The circle was actually rubbish because their weight couldn't even get to that of the flood so of what used was the circle? Those people were very close to the land and considering the Fact that the flood was from a dam could have made them to even hurry up, drag their feets and make some movements till the people standing could pull them out. |
