Please, how do I get the application and declaration form? I have filled out a form with the link you sent but on clicking submit, the file downloaded looked like a code, not like a form/document.

Secondly, the form you filled is the application form. For the declaration form, check my previous post. I attached it as a PDF on page 4 of this thread. It was saved as Instruction data1.pdf

It states to the best of your knowledge the information you have provided in the VIDEX are true. You don't need to submit it now. You will go with it to the Consulate when you are called for interview.

I submitted to application for appointment date for opportunity card Already.
Is this the VIDEX you're talking about.

The application form you filled online and downloaded as PDF is the VIDEX. Instead of filling the form manually, the embassy developed the tool called VIDEX which enable you to fill it online. If you check the link, you will see videx is included in the url.

Literally, it is just for you to declare that all information supplied in the application form are true.
You just download and sign, and keep as part of the documents you will take to embassy for interview.

Hello guys!
Please, I need a clarification from anybody. My school is listed on the anabin website has H+ But my course is not listed as BSc. Although, it is listed for Higher National Diploma. Meaning that an HND holder has done comparability test before. So, my question is that is it possible I just print out the recognition of my course as HND to suffice for BSc?
