Nonsense Were they paying before? Go to Zamfara or Kebbi and see how they are mining our mineral resoue. The oil in Niger Delta is for Nigeria and the solid minerals in the North is for Northerners alone. One Nigeria....we hail thee. |

Hmm...what exactly is the job of EFCC and ICPC,if they can't go after the illegal miners? It almost feels like this country is too large to be governed |

Because mining is done in the dark, at night when no one is watching and nigerians are not carried along |

I am still wondering why Africans and Nigerians are always thinking backwards, the richest man Elon musk produces electric cars and lithium is d main component for lithium battery used in cars to tell u how important lithium is yet Nigerians mine their own raw and sell like a mad man , a Chinese will come into Nigeria apply for a mining licence, then look for our politicians, bank and rich men to fund d company, made some billions and go meanwhile he came empty handed, just like MTN and Etisalat, lithium enriching equipment is 37k dollars which most of our thieves can afford but because it is stolen money they dare not. We have what could make us one of d richest country but our hatred towards each other and our low mentality is what is keeping us poor |

Mining without affiliated industries within the country still amount to exploitation and such will not help the economy on the short and long run, particularly an economy aiming to hit a trillion dollars in few years. |

Allow Niger deltans exploit their oil resources for themselves and see if the illegal mining will continue. They will realize that what’s good for the goose is sauce for the gander! |

LOL... . . . . If dem like make dem increase hashrate and gas fees come still add validator fee and stake rewards, what I know is; if we don't take control of the mining and mineral industries in this country, our children will look at us as useless tools. That even depends on having the children cos with the current nature of things and the economy having a child now is almost a sin. |
