Evora university do they require an applicant to legalize documents at embassy first before application? I contacted the univ yesterday and realized the deadline is tomorrow.
Finally, is der any university still in admission for September 2024 intake. Pls kindly update me.

I recommend you use that 500k to evaluate your result with Wes and focus on the US. You may be lucky to get funding

You can get fully funded MS or PhD admission with just your HND in the US. One school that accepts HND is western Virginia university. There are others, but they require Wes evaluation. Wes is a third party credential evaluation provider. You can do more research on this on google, use Nairaland’s search bar and join the US student visa. Also, google “HND wes evaluation Nairaland”

Please I've been making research for a very long time and I am finding it hard to see a university in Portugal that accept students without IELTS. Or isn't there any at all?

Universities in Portugal do not require IELTS to give you admission.

You can but is not advisable and I will give you the reasons
1. Is only a handful of schools that can allow you apply before legalising your documents which will hinder you to apply to many schools as possible

2. If you re giving admission the date of resumption might be close and it takes time 2&3months for legalization at the embassy and not to talk about securing date for appointment

They use English and the issue of budget there tuition fee is low but accommodation is kind of expensive in Portugal and secondly legalization process too is expensive at least that will give you a clue of what to budget

If you looking for low tuition fee school then I will advise you to try Austria and again standard of living in Austria is okay but know one thing Austria legalization process is really really expensive that's just the difference between Austria and Portugal
