It's frequently used on a daily bases down here at ibeno l.g.a ,terminal Akwa ibom state .

I used it till last year when electricity became costlier than gas. It's called induction cooker but this one is the lower quality.

Back then in OAU Awolowo Hall Blk 1 to be precise I cannot count how many times I have to reconnect the string 😅 and is as hot as transformer

Honestly it served me well expecially for cooking beans sha sha😋

This hotplate was a life saver that year in hall 4.
Porter no dey use eye see this tin for ur room. Hall 4 brethren, hide ur hotplate, porters are coming. Na watin u go dey hear and everybody go dey rush to hide their hotplate.

This saved me a lot of times in uni that year. For those of us whose hostel rooms were closed to the lecture halls we could put our beans on the hotplate and go for lectures, and be coming to check it intermittently
