I don't like beans from childhood, the only time I eat it is when mixed with rice and it MUST not be more than the rice.

Even if a basket of beans is sold for N500 I won't still eat it more than once in a week.

Sorry for the confusion, a bottle of soya beans from my regular customer is N1.8k, others sells at N2.1k. While at supermarket the least price you'll see is around 7k (avoid supermarkets as they add AC, electricity, and other bills on the price of their products). You can add it to rice, you'll love the taste it adds to your rice. You can add it to anything eatable as spice. You can add it to indomie, yam, plantain, etc. only two spoons of soya bean flour contains high amount of protein which is good for the body. You can add it when you're about to finish the cooking, probably the last ingredient to add to your meal in order to retain high amount of the protein in it. Since it's a flour, minimal heat can quickly cook it. So, add it as the last ingredient.
Thanks for this expo. But by ‘spoons’, you mean table spoons or scooping spoons?

Next time, slice onion only inside, it would hasten the process, from 2hr to 1hr.

No! Kuku don't eat anything again. undecided
The food you ate before Tinubu's disastrous administration should sustain you for life.

Can you mention exactly what makes it bad for men? I have consumed it for 37 years. I'm still very alive and strong in the other room (my wife & mistresses can tell), i'm still seeing things with my eyes, my brain can still think deep, etc. etc. Although i stopped taking soya beans between 2006 and 2011 when i was on some charity programmes in Malawi that took me to vulnerable places. I replaced with beans and went back to it since around 2016 to 2017 when MMM was reigning and still consuming it till now. Although i do switch to beans at times but ever since things got worsened under Tinubu, I've switched back to its flour. Soya beans is like a family food to me.

Please, i'll be grateful to know its side effects as i've never experienced any and i'll soon clock 50 less than 5 years from now.

Not true, my brother. I'll soon clock 50 and from my calculations from when i can remember, i've consumed it for over 37 years and i'm still alive. So, i'll be glad to know the side effect of this nutricious food. At least, my life is an evidence that it's harmless. Although i don't know what kind of bad you mean. It will be better you explain with your facts and evidence. I can't even live without soya beans.

Soya increases estrogen in men. Estrogen is a female hormone. Look there are many things we consume that do not manifest immediately or take time to manifest. Like I said read up about soya. Soya is not normally meant for human consumption and even then the type eaten in Asia is fermented Soya.
