adamusuleiman1:But what criterion do they use to share the allocations largely derived from crude oil? Abia and Imo States, two oil and gas producing states received a pittance compared to Delta, Lagos, Kano, Oyo. |

Richtaiwo:Why so much difference between Anambra and Ogun? Aside from being an oil-producing state, what other criteria are considered to arrive at the allocation figures? |

Lol, Ogun state is last on the list😂. A state that is so close to Lagos to the extent it has industrial towns built in Agbara and Ota to serve Lagos. Has lots of universities and others built in the state due to nearness to Lagos, yet they’ve ruined the state. The last time I was in Ota, I wept for them. I saw kilometers of putrid waters and muds that passed of as roads. In fact, the moment you cross into Ogun from Lagos, it would be as if you moved from Israel into Gaza, but it’s just Gaza still looks better than Ogun State. Yet you will see condemned abobakus always chanting IGR like the zombies they are while the bestial politicians and their children keep laughing at them. |

MrEverest:No Insult Gaza at all! Even with all the destruction, it still looks 100 times better than most places in Nigeria. ![]() |

Kobojunkie:You’re absolutely right. Gaza, looked better than most places in Nigeria, including Abuja and Lagos, prior to the bombings. The most disturbing part is that it will also look better again after the bombings if Hamas is dislodged. I really don’t know what is wrong with Nigerians and maybe West Africans. We are too backward in nature to the extent that we can’t even build covered drains, sidewalks, nor even ordinary flowers and trees. These are things that even the poorest countries of the world today, all have and are well maintained. Something is seriously wrong somewhere 🤦. |

MrEverest:I was depressed after seeing pictures of the pictures of destroyed Gaza. The thought in my head as I watched was, "These people had it a whole lot better than Nigerians in Nigeria can boast of." Much of Nigeria looks worse than a War Zone. ![]() 2. I think it is the extreme levels of racism that pervades the mind of the average Nigerian that is it for me. The people are so blinded and reduced by it in every way. They can't see beyond it all and worse, even after being exposed to a better life, some remain unable to overcome it.. ![]() |

MrEverest:lol please tell us where it says that state allocations from FAAC is based on what states generate as IGR.....Cause if we were going by the logic you pulled out of your ass Lagos should be top of that list.....you are so riddled with envy for the SW instead of you to face your state you are here ranting about someone else's......there are only six states in Nigeria that can survive without FAAC Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, FCT, Kaduna, Kwara.....if dem born your governor well tell him to abstain from FAAC for 3 months let see what becomes of your state...... I bet you don't even know the difference between FAAC and IGR....you're just here to display your ignorance....I feel sorry for those who raised you.....they deserve a refund..... |
