The throttle body (injector mouth) might be dirty require to be clean.
Too much load can be the cause too possibly a manual compressor has been install on the car.
Need to be inspect physically since you said you have scan no code.
Or better still have a bigger scanner to scan the car.

There is a heat exchanger inside the radiator at the bottom. Trans oil enters it and leaves via a pipe to cool the oil.

If the pipe leaks coolant and trans oil mixes.

My 2006 Toyota Camry i4 has a shudder with the following characteristics:
1. Vibrations start at around 50m/hr or 80km/hr.
2. Happens only on light throttle.
3. It goes away if I let off the throttle or press Down and it shifts to a lower gear.
4. Only happens after 5th gear when the rpm drops below 2000.

My suspicion is a faulty torque converter for the following reasons:
1. If I turn off Over Drive, limiting the transmission to 4 gears it never vibrates.
2. I’ve dropped the pan, cleaned and actually flushed the transmission fluid with T-IV. And it made no difference; so I know it’s not a fluid issue.
3. My tires are new and balanced
4. Car runs smoothly at same speed it usually vibrates when I turn off OD.
5. My engine mounts and shafts are tight with no clucks when I engage drive or reverse.

Please gurus am I on the right track? Your contributions will be greatly appreciated! If I am on the right track, how do I know a good replacement TC?

It's a transmission issue, I can't tell if it's a torque converter issue or not. By the way, 2006 XV30/40 does not have a dedicated O/D switch if it's a 5sp auto. Or is there something I'm missing?

After fixing the new gear, when u put it in reverse it will shake the car, while when you put in drive it will jump gear 2 to 3, mechanic told me it’s because the injector head is bad and making the vehicle overheat which I noticed. But after testing as I want to pack the car, the drive gear stopped engaging, only the reverse is entering with a big sound that will shake my car.

You definitely bought a shit gear, probably one of those a popular account here said ladipo boys wash with acid, return that shit box sold as gear box to you, get your money back, you might need to go the Nigerian way for that.
After getting your refund, delete that mechanic's number and warn him very sternly never to beckon you should he ever see you, how can that nonsense cause slipping gears? Injector what? In fact, get him arrested for quackery and obtaining money under false pretense, he's not a mechanic.

Have the car scan and drop the scan code.
You might have a bad ECU aka brain box.
The gearbox you bought might be bad too. But scan the car first.

If your car wasn't acting in such a strange manner prior to replacement of transmission,the transmission is defective, please ask for a replacement or a refund.

I doubt Nigeria mechanics use smoke test to find vacumm leaks, they probably use their ear and water to find it. nah oyinbo dey do all those smoke test things for YouTube

Sadly, I went to Ladipo yesterday, but they were all lost as I discussed it. The scan result shows I have a small EVAP leak. My car runs rich and seems to go into limp mode. I changed the purge valve and a hose connecting to the throttle body, which fixed a “check fuel cap" issue. After I did all these, my car came back to life. However, after two weeks, the problem started again.

I suspect the MAF sensor, as it failed the traditional manual test. However, I do not want to change it yet, as I learnt that the MAF sensor can still fail this test if there is still a minor leak in the airflow. So I want to rule out all leaks before changing the MAF sensor. I hope I am making sense, my people.

Please, what can I do moving forward?

EVAP leak has more to do with fuel vapour in your fuel system. maf is related to your intake system.

I have a 2006 Honda Accord. When I start the car to idle, the exhaust steams normally but I recently noticed that once I give it a little gas, blue smoke comes out of exhaust. Note. I recently serviced. It was minimal before the service but it is a bit intensified now and I feel it will continue to deteriorate .

What could be wrong and what are the risks in using it at least this week before taking to the shop.

What oil do you use and whats the oil change interval?

Its strange, the oil never shorts. Remains at level.
