I'm not so sure. I've always thought that somehow, something will happen to destroy the chances of Trump becoming President. Something.

There are polls showing up to 20% of Black voters will vote for Trump. It's possible that's all gone now. Socialist parties know how to play the political game.

The country is still very sexist. Kamala is very qualified, but given the sexism/racism of the US, and the realistic need to beat MAGA, unfortunately, she wouldn't have been my choice. But if she is the nominee, she has my vote and I'll do everything I can to help her win.

Learned the hard way while I was knocking on doors for Hillary in North Carolina. White women were disparaging her. They didn't think a woman should be in the White House. Shocked me.

I like how the democratic party is divided.

One faction wouldn't vote Biden because he was "a living fossil", and the other faction wouldn't even bother voting because Harris wasn't their choice of nomination for the party.
And also, the billionaire campaign sponsors basically bullied Biden into dropping out by threatening to cut off donations if he didn't step down. The Dems don't like this, because it's the same elitism they beguile the GOP for.

Try comparing it with every other country that has a woman PM or President. Of the 46 US Presidents, 0 has been women, and 1 has been black.
