Ormohlawlah:It is not advisable. It might be seen as "account padding". |

giselle237:Thank you for your response. I have been sending money to her multiple times a month, especially because my son lives with her and she’s the one I send all his expenses to. I also send to her for personal use and highlight this in the transfer reference. And if I do send this one, I’m planning to explain it in the application |

Ormohlawlah:Your son who is with her would not be travelling. Please subtly expound this part and make them understand that there is no way she would leave him for that long and never to return when he is staying with her and all. She is his main carer whilst you and I presume his other parent are not in the picture. Provide proofs of this evidence of them living together esp. pictures but you also have to be careful so they do not think the child’s care will be abandoned since she is now coming to the Uk. Keep her stay short on this visa form is my take- 10 days to 2 weeks and provide evidence of how she has arranged for his care to be covered while she will be away. They will not also want a situation where the child would be left unattended all for vacation and his needs would always be put first re- safeguarding. |

giselle237:Thank you. I intend to mention this part in her application. I have also made arrangements for him to stay with my sister temporarily for the 14-day duration and would mention that as well. Thanks for your response |

Hi All, I just tracked my visa application and it says transferred to VAC. I have not gotten any pick up mail or refusal email. Does this mean there is a high probability i'd get the visa. I am not in Lagos so i'd have to wait till next week to know my fate. But I know God is in control |
