In Nigeria divorce is not a thing, once there's infidelity on the woman's part, she's done, he can do anything he wants, men are not that affected in their case.

We are debating this because we are in Nigeria. If you move abroad, go and shoot someone because you catch him having sex with your wife. If the sex is consensual, you will be tried for murder and probably get life sentence. If you like, hire Barrack Obama as your lawyer.

It is a criminal offence in the North under the Penal code not the Criminal code.Bigamy is an offence in Nigera punishable with 7 years imprisonment.
