It applies to big companies and an individual's networth in case of one who has servants.

Actually, we don't earn minimum wages in Nigeria. Instead, we earn salaries. In other words, what the president approved was a minimum salary. I think they need to work out minimum wages as well.

In countries that apply minimum wages, earnings are calculated per hour and paid daily, weekly or bi-weekly. Understandably, this minimum salary should apply to every salary earner, but Nigeria has come of age to define a minimum wage for everyone who doesn't earn a salary.

Until National Assembly is made for part time lawmakers, career politicians like this one will keep yapping nonsense

I'm not sure he's totally correct. In the previous minimum wage bill, businesses that have less than 30 employees are exempted. So this new bill should not be different.
