These same bastards torpedo the effort of senators and Reps mostly from SW to designate Lagos State as a special economic state so FG can assist it to address issues around its population density, the burden of hosting several national critical infrastructures and agencies etc Abeg what is the purpose of SE development commission?

Their State governors have been getting a fair share of allocation, they've not been any more marginalised than any other state or region in terms of FG infrastructure and they ate not at war or recovering from war last time I checked.

SE states are not competing with any Abuja. We've seen publicly available stats which put 4 of the 5 in the bottom quarter in IGR rankings, quality of life etc
