Oyorokoto is a settlement in Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State reputed for it's remarkable tourists attractions.

Dolphins are risk of extinction if we keep killing them for immediate consumption..... Chickens, Goats, fish, Cattles are more than enough we don't need to poach this relatively fewer species....

Dolphins are like most animals the mind their business unless you pissed them off or invade their space they will attack you. There are several reports of Dolphins attacking people. So they are not so sweet. They are wild animals. Only the domesticated ones are more tolerant. Same applies to wild dogs and well trained domesticated dogs. You are not 100% safe with a wild predator even if you are not its primary source of food/prey

Not all dolphins are at risk of extinction only few species. And these are largely found in Asian and American (North and South) waters where they were actively hunted. So the likelihood of this one being endangered is very rare.

Well there are stories of wild animals saving people. And stories of wild animals hurting people same applies to dolphins. They aren't special in the least. A simple Google search will give you more than 10 incidents of dolphins attacking people to your 1 example.

Animals will always be animals capable of different action base on their state of being. I put it to you if those dolphins haven't eaten for days. Your friend won't be alive to tell that tale.

Nigeria is really blessed with abundant sea foods, fish..this is a country that sea foods and fish should be cheap and also a country that should be exporting sea foods,fish for sale to other foreign countries to generate revenue income in foreign currencies, dollars
