To gain weight, you need to spend money on lots of food. Especially if your body type falls under ectomorph. Ectomorph has faster metabolism.

Lolssssss the weightier you are, the more prone you are to diabetes, high blood pressure, hypertension and stroke.....don't let any bagger put you under unnecessary pressure....appreciate yourself.......

Yes especially if your depression is anxiety related. Cyproheptadine is also Prescribed for anxiety

Totally agree with this. Except for the chicken part, I literally dieted using all the above food but with banana and biscuits also included and believe me when I say ive added roughly 1kg every week for about a month now. Having the appetite though, could pose a challenge, especially if you do these without exercisibg. When you combine these with lifting weights, your body metabolism increases so your appetite would be up to let you eat more, and you'd get to add the weight in an aesthetic manner

Max weight for a hustler shouldn't exceed 65kg.
For sapa.shpuldnt exceed 60kg.
For soft life. Above 70kg.thats u eat 3 times a day niyen

Dont smoke weed rather use it as edible leave Cypril gold... It's long run side effect can be devastating.. Put pure natural marijuana in your morning tea will create the needed appetite to eat in combination with workout lifting weight.

You must be hard worker to achieve your result.. Not adding weight but getting quality weight by building it. Good thighs, nice arm (not too fat)',and protruding quality chest size and flat tummy.

Routine : workout 5 times a week, 2 days for lower body built and 3,days for upper body built e.g if you do lower body built today.. Do it again next 3 days in between do upper. The muscles need time to build combine with quality food.

Am talking from depth of knowledge, understanding and experience.
