The Canada IRCC do not have process that validates study permits from Canadian institution like the equivalent of CAS in the UK.

These are the shortcomings IRCC is trying to solve with improved process that makes IRCC and Canadian schools share real time correspondence on student admission, enrollment and graduations.

The role of government is to provide basic utilities for Nigerians to create the GDP you talk about. You live in the West, and not even Elon Musk has to generate his power, and water, tar his roads, and provide his security. Not having to worry about fuel scarcity, corruption, local herdsmen and kidnappers allows him the free time to innovate and build a company like Tesla. He has access to credit facilities and doesn't need to worry about spending millions on bribes to get imports into the country.

In the case of Nigeria, no tribe is better than the other when it comes to crime. You mentioned Igbo, well, some Igbos have been involved in human trafficking, drugs, etc. abroad. No one tribe is a saint when it comes to crime, so, don't try to tribalise everything. However, i don't refer to the criminals from the SE states found guilty abroad as Igbos, I refer to them as Nigerians... So should you!

In Canada, their method is different from UK. Schools give you a letter to take to the embassy which shows that you have admission within a school in canada. Schools don't sponsor you like UK does. She actually got a letter from a different school but the agent forged another letter from a more reputable school to increase her chances of getting a visa. They don't check these things immediately so as to accelerate the processing time.

Thesedays are not like the 80s, 90s or early 2000s.

an officer says based on one or two, she maybe aware, they may have some evidences to back that up.
