Bashir El-Rufai Envy And Hail Lagos Political Leadership by Goodvibes007(op): 4:55pm On Aug 06, 2024
Wallahi I envy the State leadership in Lagos State. From the Governor to the Deputy to the Commissioners, utter competence. A litany of competent individuals all round.

God when?

Its something really enviable

The culture over there rubbed off all their political leaders and thats why the SW seems to be the center of everything in Nigeria

The region is the most heterogenous in the country. A region so great that even non-indigenes feel secured enough to call their homes

As for Lagos, is miles ahead of the rest.

If u actually live in that state and all u could do is spew negative about the state, you are psychologically troubled and should seek therapy from hate and vile

Mr Sanwo Olu has shown humility throughout, even before the protest started, he was pleading for calm.

He has not thrown his weight about threatening protesters.

What I have learned from this is that even when you are in a position of authority, genuine non-partisan humility can take you far.

My secondary school year set association has been in turmoil over power tussle for a whole year now. Ordinary school Association o. They are even threatening legal action against one another grin

Give some people a little power, and they turn into Idi Amin.

I'm very impressed as well. They really handled the whole situation intelligently.

We're praying for peace to our Northern states

Just heap accolades on Lagos and leave other SW states out of it.....there is no similarities in all ramifications, even Lagos Yoruba dialect is distinct from others

If Abuja can attain this height of development within the short time it was made FCT, then Lagos that was FCT for a longer period and state capital for subsequent years is lagging behind seriously.
