Also I’m applying for just myself , I tried doing the calculation of total credits divided by 6 and it has exceeded how much that is in available balance oh

So I put in as a business owner I can’t tell how much in a year so I estimated it to 2.5 million as how much in a year and also other income which is rent I receive of 1.2 every year , total amount I spend is 400k and how much I am willing to spend for this trip is 1,500 pounds.

The available balance that I’m submitting is equivalent to 8-9m , is this okay ?

Also an agent applied for us tourist visa 3 years ago which was refused before my daughter travelled for studies , he put in that I earn 5m a year , should I stick to this but I think it doesn’t make sense because of the the amount available . Please let me know what you think

Or should I put the 5m as annual earnings in a year ?

I'm trying to make sense of your explaination.

It cannot work. You cannot put random figures as your earnings.

Don't complicate issues. Add all the income you make over 6 months and divide by 6. That gives you your average monthly income. Your average monthly income multiplied by 12 gives you your estimated annual income. Simple.

If your closing balance is unnecessarily high, then there is something wrong somewhere. It might mean you have lodged money into your account to "pad" it. It will be noticed and will cause problems. The other reason is that you brought forward some money into the 6 months period you are concentrating on. In that scenerio, your available balance will exceed your total credit. I hope this makes sense to you.

If your account is in a mess (and I suspect it is), start counting 6 months from August and keep a record of all your earnings and your expenses. At the end of January 2025 (6 months from now), let's see the figures you have and then take it from there.

Hello everyone,

I'm currently in the process of applying for a standard visit visa for my parents (both my dad and mum) to visit the UK. I gave birth in the UK last year, and my baby is now one and a half years old. Additionally, my MSc graduation is scheduled for the 13th of September, 2024.

I have started gathering my proof of funds in pounds, which will be fully completed by the 26th. The earliest they can attend their biometrics appointment is on the 28th of August, 2024.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Can I cite both child care and my graduation as reasons for their visit, considering the graduation is just two weeks and one day away from biometrics? - Does not matter. Leave it at graduation
2. Is it acceptable to list child care as a reason for both parents? - It is but best you don't mention it

So the thing is I have a savings account with 5m in it , and I have another account which I use for payment to China, Turkey purchases and the rest and sometimes I take out of savings to add up .

I also have a business account which has 2m in it for 6 months , I opened it this year but was using the other account which I use for purchases now, so that’s it. If I should just put my savings account and also my business account will that be okay to avoid complications. I need to be there for my daughter graduation , i can send you an email if you don’t mind.

It is your savings account that really matters. Focus on that.

Oh my savings account doesn’t have much outflow , from February till now it’s been stable with 5m , my business account I calculated as you said total credits for 6 months and divided by 6 comes up to 2.1 , so can I use just my savings and my business account ?

I decided not to use my other account which I do day to day purchases to avoid complications, so is it good if I use savings and business account? My total earning as 2m , I also added 1,250,000 as additional income on the application form which is rent form tenants and then 200k as expenses in a month , amount I’m spending 1500 pounds , will this be okay please ?

But this company send me invitation letter to visit there company,but when I checked business visit form there is question like what is the name of organization u want to visit and there address, phone number,name of invity,but all this questions are not in visit visa form,can I choose business visit?

The documents are enough to show that you own a stake in the company. In my opinion, they are adequate for this purpose.
