Good day everyone.
Please I need advice on this issue.

I have an eldest sister who is in Canada.
She has been in Canada for 15 years now. While the husband have been there for 6 years before asking my sister and the children to come over. The year my sister travelled that was the year our mother died after the burial she told me that they are set to move to Canada that I should remember her in prayers which I did with my whole heart.

When she was leaving, she promised to take me immediately she settles down in Canada because our family is face with poverty. She also promised to send me money at least once in a month to asist my needs because I was about to round up my university education then.i am the last born.

After some time, she sent me money once (10k) .. there was a time that I ask her for help , she was angry and told me that they don't have money.

Since then , I stop asking her for financial assistance.. the husband family is rich, almost all of them are in abroad.

Reaching last year , the second daughter came to Nigeria without his parents permission and took his boyfriend, she paid all the necessary traveling stuff and took him to Canada. I ask my sister but you told me that you don't have money in Canada, she stopped communicating with me.

Earlier this year, I was in a serious financial needs, I ask her for help, she ask me if I am not working? I told her the situation on ground, it takes her two weeks to send me 20k.
I was forced to reminder her promise of taking me to Canada, she said Canada people are homeless that she can't help.
I even told her to send me invitation , that am ready to look for money and add up.

Our family, the siblings are not happy with her
any longer because things are really difficult for us.

Please I need advice, some people advice me to leave her alone and stop communicating to her.

The husband came this year may and spend over 10m on a land.

Am sad .

Please give me your advice.. should I forget about her or is there anything is that is making her to do that way..

A girl child only think about her family IF her mother is still alive. As long as the mother is deceased, she has no business again with her family.

No vex ooo...u sound very entitled.....I know she's family....but the truth is she really doesn't owe you anything..... Yes she made a promise...but thats human being for you

I would advice you forget about her and hustle your own.
