My Delta where are thou Most
under-developed State amongst the Oil producing state. EFFC I beg make una torch light that state small.

I don't know about Kogi and Bauchi, but oil was discovered offshore Lagos, with evidence, but the commercial exploration is yet to commence.

Kogi & Bauchi are most likely hoaxes, but I believe Ogun State is another soon to be oil producing state with a riverine community.

Same goes for Bayelsa. The problem of Nigeria is not a lack of money it is how to share and what to do with the billions allocated monthly.

With all the money we have got over 80% of the population should be well off but nay.

As a Rivers guy, let me tell you the truth. Most of the people doing nanny jobs here in PH are from your State. Infact, many of your people are here. Either schooling, trading, working in people's farm, nannies some lucky ones have good establishment and investment. Majority nah pay jobs. Akpabio is a bastard criminal aswear. Even when he was NDDC chairman.

What does it mean if something is on the exclusive list? .
It just means only FG can regulate that industry. It doesn't mean other levels of government can't participate in the industry! Presently,Odua own an oil block. That was why I said govt that want to participate in the oil industry should set up companies and approach FG for relevant licenses
