Our south Eastern brothers are on this forum crying that RCCG is a Yoruba Church. RCCG was founded by a Yoruba man in Lagos a Yoruba state. All his members at founding were Yorubas. He handed over the mantle to a Yoruba man as well who evangelized first throughout Yorubaland then later to all parts of the world. Yet, SE brethren are cursing and raving that the church is a Yoruba Church. My dear SE brothers, when will a Yoruba head TREM, The Lord's Chosen and other such SE based churches? Is it not hypocrisy for you to ask of others what you are not prepared to give? Learn to see issues beyond narrow tribal prism. RCCG has a preponderance of Yorubas because it was founded and evangelized in Yorubaland and not tribalism as you all claim out of envy and jealousy.
