Good morning @cashmadam and other gurus in the house. I want to travel to visit UK in November, and i need to be clear on some issues. 1. I am 37years (Male) married with kids, but i am traveling alone just for a week 2. I am employed (working with Federal Government) 3. My Salary is N206k (i have been working for 14years) My question is, can my sibling in the US sponsor my whole trip (using her bank statement and all)? |

Eliezer28:Madam, a third refusal is loading if you do not calm down. Your stories are not adding up - hence the refusals. If you really want us to help you, tell us the truth and maybe we can help. How did an Uncle end up being on your daughter's birth certificate? I don't understand.. |

onile1975:Your answers are okay - if you are saying the truth. However, the visa officer might wonder why you need to travel to have such a partnership. Many things can be done online these days... |

bumluchi:Sorry about the refusal. They did not bother reviewing your form and documents too much as your rely on your husband for sponsorship. Once your sponsor does not get the visa, you don't get. Simple. For your husband, he did not convince them that he has home ties. Also, for his business, he needs to prove that his business is a growing concern. He should provide evidence of jobs done etc |

Good morning everyone I’m new here, thanks for your efforts so far in helping and educating. The work here is amazing… thanks once again. Please I have some questions: I’m a business man and I want to visit the Uk in December alone for tourism and for rest … first time traveler with virgin passport , no travel history.. I have both business registration, my marriage certificate, children birth certs, company account and personal savings. I have started filling the form visitors form online . My personal tax invoice is showing 1M plus so I filled that as my earnings and I want to spend £1600 in the Uk . There’s more than enough funds in both of my accounts . Hope there won’t be an issue about that Secondly, I haven’t seen any place to upload the documents in the site : start, application, declaration, pay , further actions….. is it after payment that I can upload my docs Please kindly advise all gurus in the house … @cashmadame abeg Ma. I am a genuine visitor who wants to return back to continue my business |

giselle237:Have done court afridavit already....this issue was not from me...it was the person that help me out with the application...why I was pregnant of her,my boyfriend rejected the pregnancy..so my mum then insisted that I use her surname for my child.after she was born I wanted to get a passport for her,at the passport office they insist that they need her father passport or birth certificate...that was when my uncle came in,which he his my mums brother...so I gave birth to my second child to the guy I got married to now.... |

Eliezer28:Hello!!! This is tough for any mother. However by law, this child can not be a dependent of your husband under the skilled worker visa just because you say. Court affidavit is what you say and can not be proven, they are asking for court order of sole responsibility. This is not same thing. Please if you can not get a court ORDER granting you sole custody she won’t be allowed to travel. This is already complicated as it is. If you can get a custody order granted by a Judge that you have been her only parent and a DNA test showing that her uncle is not her biological father but was only a front and a mistake you made as you were told her birth certificate has to carry a man’s name. Explain it in some way at least that can make sense. In the meantime do not reapply as you have to put all your thoughts and the most important information which is a COURT ORDER document and not affidavit. She will need to be cared for by your mom in Nigeria as she will not get the visa as a dependent to a man who is not her father unless they can understand the true circumstances of her BIOLOGICAL father as well as be sure of what you are saying. Let tomorrow someone not appear to sue them that they aided and abetted child trafficking. |

JustJapan:Unfortunately, based on your salary, you really cannot afford a vacation in the UK. That is the truth. If you have a side hustle that you make good money from, that might help. Provide documents to prove how much you make from your side hustle. Otherwise, you really need a miracle to get a UK visa based on your salary and personal circumstances. |

Eliezer28:See how a father's actions is affecting an innocent child. If you had known you would have told the passport office you don't know the father of the child or written unknown on the birth certificate. |

It's like step children are at a disadvantage with this visa people. Imagine having to get permission from an absentee father to give your child a better life. |

giselle237:really oh my God the person handling my application is just confusing some one, should I appeal or reapply.can I add dna test with the court order too |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by giselle237: 3:45pm On Aug 14, 2024 |
Eliezer28:Court order is not done in one day. It involves applying to the court and for court proceedings and all before it is granted. You are praying the court to grant you SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of your daughter |
