Just make una make sure they know where the man is deployed so he can be called right back to answer the courts. Nigeria's constitution does not grant immunity to those who occupy the position of Ambassador to Nigeria. So how can he get immunity in this case? A person who is appointed an ambassador is only protected in the receiving country from prosecution but not in his own country. He can be pulled back and prosecuted anytime.
