1. Yes one can create some stuff unconsciously or unknowingly. Many of the food, dress, scientific discoveries etc were unconscious or unintended
2. Your level of idiocy is phenomenal. I literally told you about drug reactions in that post as a type of iatrogenic disease. Can a doctor know if a patient reacts to drugs? No one knows if he or she reacts to a particular drug or class of drugs, unless when he/she takes it. Neither does the doc. That's why we take drug history or allergy history. We keep anti-allergic drugs around in crash carts just in case
