What are those guest houses used for?
If they don't serve as consulate's office, there's no need keeping them. In England, London is OK for Nigeria to have a house.
Unless those houses generate income for Nigeria, they ought to have been sold

If Nigeria moves to confiscate properties of corrupt officials, these foreign agencies never give us a favorable judgment, how come a Chinese firm is able to get our assets easily?
