The list is not accurate. Infrastructure is not only roads but also schools, hospitals, markets, recreational parks, access to sanitation like clean water and flush toilets and security. The list should be full of Hausa/fulani states without a doubt.

Chai! The overhyped Lagos Tinubu built from the Atlantic ocean was yesterday name as the 4th worst liveable city in the world. Today it is another inglorious trophy of not having infrastructure. Hehehe! I guess ronu miscreants won't have have heart attack back to back. Helinues where are you?

Even Ogun- the overhyped greatest IGR state whose homongous debts is causing foreign firms to seize Nigeria's national assets abroad does not even fared any better?

Meanwhile, the Eastern state of Imo is under the demonic reigns of APC which is just a replica of what is obtainable @ the national level. So is anyone surprised?
