Fubara is escalating his fight. The Rivers High court injunction will be vacated by a higher court.

You can take this to the bank. The APC in Rivers will prepare for the election of congresses while appealing the judgment. a few days to the time, the Court of Appeal will vacate the order and the Amaechi/Fubara led APC will then be in the mud.
