1.) Ok, so tell me how Republicans passed any bill through a Dem Filibuster if they didn't have 60 Votes? Do you think the FIlibuster is a suggestion?

2.) Tell me a bill that was a Republican policy that they passed that wasn't a Democratic priority outside of using the reconciliation process. Don't bother looking as you won't find one.

A bipartisan bill that was negotiated on by a very Conservative Republican Lankford.
The Republicans filibustered a bill they asked one of their most Conservative members to negotiate so the Dems couldn't pass it even though they hold the Senate majority.

My best guess is shrapnel from a bullet that hit a stanchion near the stage or the station itself that hit his ear (shrapnel hit other police officers there as well who had to be hospitalized) and he embellished the rest to get sympathy.
