NELFUND Nigeria claims the reason no student in the South East was given the student loan is because South East schools haven’t responded to their verification email yet.

Now, make I ask o: the “verified” that is showing on the disbursement status in the picture in frame 2 - wetin e mean? Abi na me no sabi understand again?

When that is done, the school is credited immediately and the student also receives his/hwr stipends i.e if they made a request. Now here is the catch, most South Eastern schools havent been able to carry out their verifications for reasons best know to them. I know people in the North here that applied and are yet to receive cos their schools and departments havent responded. I dont feel its everytime our brothers from the other side of the Niger have to scream marginalization. Just so you know, the chairman of NELFUND is Jim Ovia. This is someone I have worked under before and he is the most detribalized Nigerian. I urge yall to stay calm and desist from stoking marginalization chants. Everyone that applied will be paid.
