As the Church grew, certificates were invented and therefore became necessary so in the church so as to fish out Charlatans like you. What you people are practicing is pride. Trying to make yourselves Lord over others. His prayer in John 17:8-9 is for his disciples alone and not the world. The other scriptures are out of context.
