Again, Bullshit. Only 23 States have officially confirmed he met the threshold to be on the ballot. He says he's met the threshold in another 20 States. But that has not been officially confirmed. Since he suspended his campaign he may be pulled from the ballot in some of those states that have been officially confirmed. And in some of those states like Michigan it is too late to have him removed from the ballot.

And being on the ballot does not mean you are running for President. The point of the Secret Service protection is to allow him to campaign while protecting someone who may have a shot of being the next President of the US. His campaign has ended.
